To delete your Peppula account and all associated data, please email us at info@peppula.com with the subject line 'Delete my account' from the email address you used to sign up.

What gets kept

Anonymized aggregate data only — no personal information remains.

Your account and data will be deleted within 7 business days.

Manage and delete your data in the app

You can manage and delete your data directly in the Peppula app:

Appointments: tap the delete icon (🗑) on any appointment card in the Agenda tab
All appointments: tap "Clear all appointments" at the bottom of the Agenda tab
Pricing overrides: tap "Reset all to Trimcanis defaults" at the bottom of the Pricing tab
Account & all data: tap "Delete my account" in the Profile tab — this permanently removes your account, all appointments, dog profiles, assessments, reports, and pricing data
