This Cookie Policy explains how Peppula uses cookies and similar technologies on peppula.com, in line with the EU GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and Belgian law.

How consent works

On your first visit you see a banner asking which cookie categories you allow. Until you accept, we do not set any non-essential cookies and Google Consent Mode keeps analytics and advertising signals denied. You can change your mind any time using the button below or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Categories

1. Strictly necessary (always on)

• peppula_cookie_consent_v2 — remembers your cookie choice (localStorage, ~1 year).
• peppula_chat_conversation — your active chatbot conversation ID so replies stay in one thread (localStorage, until cleared).

2. Analytics (consent required)

Loaded only if you accept. Provider: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), with IP anonymization enabled.

• _ga — distinguishes unique visitors (2 years).
• _ga_80Z20DLX9H — GA4 session state (2 years).

Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See our privacy policy for full details.

3. Marketing (consent required)

Currently we do not run advertising or retargeting. This category is reserved for future use and is off by default. Nothing is loaded unless you opt in.

Withdrawing consent

Click "Cookie settings" at any time (in the footer or above) to change or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent stops future processing but does not affect processing that already took place.
