We're building the app we wish every dog owner had.
Peppula started from a simple, personal moment: trying to maintain our dog's coat and realising how hard it was to know where it matted most, what was normal, what needed attention, which tools would actually make our lives easier, and what to ask a groomer or vet. Those first days with a new pup at home, while juggling work and a household, made us wonder whether one photo could give pet parents one straight answer. That idea became three connected tools for owners: a free Coat Check from one photo, a DIY grooming kit matched to the real coat, and wellness signals that help you track changes and know what's worth raising with your vet. Peppy, our conversational companion, answers questions using the same knowledge that powers the site.
Our mission
To give every dog owner calm confidence — one photo, one straight answer. What's in your dog's coat right now, what it needs, what it should cost, which tools actually suit that coat, and how to spot changes worth tracking over time. We work alongside professional groomers too, so owners and groomers share the same picture of the dog in front of them.

We align Peppula's health and coat guidance with recognised standards, including ESCCAP guidelines for parasite prevention in dogs, and established breed-specific grooming practices. Our goal is to help owners bring the same structured, professional mindset to home care that groomers and vets rely on — so everyday decisions are informed, safe, and consistent.
